Fantacee Wiz is that one artist that does not only entertain fans with music, but forgetting awards, and achievements, she is always close to her fans with her photos.
Her recent photos have been recognized by most fans and our celebrities like OGK, one of the most gifted rappers Sierra Leone can boast of sent her a fly post on Facebook saying “Fantacee Wiz Kamara n dat hair hmmm”.

My hair is the extention of who I am, It is a sign of how it use to be, how & what it should be. I am an African strong black & nappy headed, my hair doesn’t have to be straight & long for me to feel beautiful. I am who I am & what I was born to be BLACK, BOLD & PROUD AFRICAN.
My hair is dreaded yes, dreadful & it makes you afraid of me so just to make you feel better about yourself, you tell me it doesn’t look good, it’s not beautiful. I am my hair & I celebrate African culture because Dreadlocks is a strong & important part of it.
During slavery when salve masters bought slaves they’ll cut off their hair to strip them off their power,self esteem, pride & anything they’ll remind them of who they’re & were they come from with long thick black hair. If you want to know how powerful our hair is go back to the Holy Books (the Story of Samson), the media & society has taught & forced us to believe what beauty should be like( straight shinny long hair).
I say no, I choose not to be what you want me to be,I choose to be what & who I’m truly am.
